Hi Saravane,
I suggest you not to go for any hair growth products that are being advertised. All are fake and they are just advertised for their benefits. Instead make some natural medicine at home and take care. Or meet some ayurvedic doctor and go for treatment and follow all the steps that they suggest. Oil your hair regularly and use a mild shampoo while washing your hair. Suggest you not to change your shampoo. Go for one shampoo tht suits your hair and continue with the same. Even if you are facing drandruff problem, then it is sure to lose your hair. So make sure you don't have drandruff. If you have, find the best anti-drandruff shampoo. Also keep your mind calm. You tend to lose hair even if you are tensed and stressed

Hello Saravana Kumar,
Hair loss issue among teens and adults has become more predominant in the recent times. It has been a mentally devastating problem for most.
To deal with hair loss issue, first thing you need to bear in mind that with the help of any products, may it be artificial or natural home remedies for hair loss you cannot completely cure but control over it.
Secondly balanced diet will help you to reduce hair falling. If you are not getting enough of nutrients such as iron, vitamin E, Vitamin C, B6, Zinc your hair roots get weak paving the way for hair falling. Dandruff also will cause hair falling as you are insufficient of zinc. Almonds, oranges, fish (omega-3 fatty acids) are rich contents of these nutrients.
Regular hair wash and hair massaging will also pamper your hair growth minimizing the hair loss. Oil massaging the scalp at least twice a week stimulates more blood flow to the scalp. You can use oils like unrefined coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil that keeps the sebum in the hair root for massaging.
Aloe vera that maintains pH levels and as a natural cleanser cleansing the pores of the hair and henna a natural rich conditioner will make the hair healthier.
Drinking sufficient water will reduce dryness of the hair controlling hair falling.
Regular exercise and yoga leading to more blood circulation does support hair growth too.
Final word is not to be worried of since it would again lead to more hair falling.

The products advertised for hair growth are all with temporary effects. My husband joined a reputed clinics which guaranteed stopping hair fall and assuring hair growth to some extent. The oils that they gave and the laser therapy recommended by them did have effect till the treatment was on for four years. The moment, the treatment was stopped, hair fall started again. It was then that I started using natural products. I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get the 'Serum Ferattin 'blood test done. This test will help determine the amount of iron content in your blood and also helps doctors determine if you are anaemic. Normal levels are : Male - 12- 300 ng/ml Female - 12-150 ng/ml.
One of the main reasons for hair fall can be low level of Serum Ferattin in the body. The natural products for increasing the level of iron in the blood, apart from iron capsules that doctor might recommend are: Apricots Poha Almonds, anjjeer, dates Black channa Palak Broccoli Carrot
All the above foods supplemented with Vitamin C in e form of juices or in raw form like lime juice, sweet lime, Amla all help in better absorption of iron in the body. A person should also eat healthy diet, drink plenty of water and ensure regular breathing exercises to eradicate the problem of hair fall from the body.
