Schooling of children depends on income of parents. As high income as high standard school is selected by paretns for his children. What if income is low, child should not go to school?. No not. Get him admit in ordinary school and coach him personally. I hope you will find desired result.

Hi Mr Pravin, Regarding career guidance of your child after Xth standard is really an issue today. It would be better for him to at least go for XIIth standard in his favorite subjects either science, art or commerce. In between, he can apply for army, navy, air force kind of job but will be posted in lowest category based on Xth standard as you are silent about money. After Xth standard, he may be posted in technical field and also they are giving a chance to study in navy and air force for further future development in technical field. Other way is to go for diploma or ITI that can be possible after Xth or Xth standard. There is ample opportunity in diploma too. This will cost you not more than 2 lacs in three year course. Next option is to be in software field. Learn some computer course or mobile repairing course and earn money by your talent. After XIIth standard if you are capable, make sure of being graduate must be condition for current scenario. Regards

Hi Praveen, Well according to me firstly you should know about your child's interest. If he is interested in some field you should go for that only.Money will not matter because there is Educational Loan option, you would have heard about it.Go for it and I am sure if your child has interest in that particular field he will achieve great height and success and he himself will pay that loan.So don't force him to choose any field because of money problem but let him select his field himself. Thanks

In my opinion getting a career in the public sector is the best next to the govt services. And keeping the budget constraint of the education of the child in mind, it would be good to join the child in traditional courses as per the liking / interest of the child. If the child is naturally interested in science / arts / commerce, let the child join any of these as per his / her interest and let the child continue to pursue higher studies that is a bachelor's degree and if possible a master's degree in the same field / line. And then depending on the hard work of the child, let the student opt for either civil services of the UPSC or the service commissions of the various states. Apart from these the student can even try for nationalized banks as well.
Or else, the child can even go for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy or Law so that he / she can have a practice of his / her own. Though it might take some time for them to pick yet if they are dedicated in their field, they can have sound income.

Well it is the question asked by every student after class 12th exam. But I would like to quote that rather than asking this question to others you should ask yourself what would you like to do in future? I think you enter in the career path that interests you then you will be successful in any field. There are equal opportunities in every sector, the need is to only explore them. So I will suggest to choose your career path according to your interest and not according to the markets. Remember the markets and trends will change at any time but your interest will be the that will give you joy and way to earn.

I would better suggest that career should be chosen based on interest rather than demand of that course. So it is better to explore the abilities and interest of the child rather than putting a burden on him/her about the career that is futuristic.
There may be many fields at present that have excellent future but what if your child's performance is very poor and he/she is unable to cope up with academics? All your investment and money will go in vain.
Instead of facing all these, leave the decision to the child. They will know how to expertise in their own business.

Finance sector is a good sector. A chemical expert can get job in chemical company only. Electronics engineer may not have job opportunities in a metal making company. But a financial person will get job in any company. Any company, whether it making software or producing films, needs to plan finance, manage finance and to maintain accounts for showing to government. Charted accountancy course or cost accountancy course is not costly, but ensures a good job. You can refer indiastudy channel resource 151568

As a parent, you just need to guide your kid about all the opportunities in the present society. And then, it should be your kid's decision to chose the rest career path. If you feel his choice is not fair enough, then instead of judging and ordering, make him realize what is what.. If you let your kid decide on his own, he will show better improvements..
Good luck!!

Best sector for anyone is only that in which he or she really much interested because if he or she don't like that field and study only due to much scope then he not get much satisfaction after doing job in that sector. There are lots of sector like doctory, engineering, management, science various fields, law, commerce, arts, sports, music, dance and so much more. For a person must important is recognition of there field of interest than scope full sector.

Hello Praveen I would recommend that your child should opt for science stream if he has scored well in science and maths. Many students after 10th class go for a diploma to get a seat in engineering college easily. I would not recommend you for a diploma. Not doing class 11th and 12th and going for a diploma misses many good career opportunities such as NDA, TES(10+2) and many others. Engineering is a good career choice these days. But go only for a good institution. Regarding your financial problems there are many good colleges which provide a fee-waiver scheme such as the colleges under Punjab Technical University and this scheme is also valid in Haryana state. Moreover if your child score above 80% then he will also be eligible for CBSE Merit scholarship. So no need to worry much if your child is hard working and intelligent. I would also suggest your child to go for a counselling about career. There are also many websites which provide a free helpful counselling. For example www.way2network.com Children at present age are not much aware of career opportunities, so first make him to attend a career counselling class and then decide according to his preference. Never impose your wants on them.
