steps of creating Paypal account:
now a days Paypal is a very important medium of online earning and online shopping .
1. go to www.paypal.com
2.you will see option ''sign up'' click the option
3.you have to choose your country then and you will find three option for type of the account -personal,premier and business.choose any one according to your purpose by clicking ''get started'' option
4.now you have to complete a registration form with some information.please do not give any wrong information.

Hi,
Creating a Paypal account is not as easy as it was earlier for Indians because due to the increase in the fraudulent cases from India and other countries Paypal policies have become quite strict regarding creation of Paypal account from India.
Although the procedure takes some time but still it is not so difficult to register for a Paypal account from India.
The basic registration form is quite simple to fill but you need to have a PAN Card ready before you apply for a Paypal account. It doesn't matter whether its yours or your parents' (I used my Dad's PAN card). PAN card i s just a way for Paypal to ensure that fake accounts are minimized.
Next you need to add a bank account and verify the same. Verification of Paypal bank account is quite simple. You just provide the details of your bank account and then two small deposits from Paypal are mad e into your account that are visible within a week in your account statement and you have to put the same in the site to confirm that the bank account is yours.
After this nothing else is required and your account is ready for transactions. Paypal charges a nominal fee for currency conversion while withdrawals to Indian bank accounts is free (not sure whether for the first transaction or in general; check that out).
Also creation of a Paypal account is absolutely free, its just a form of your online bank account with no account number but only a small and simple email address that acts as its name.

We required basically PAN(personal account number)Card
and valid Bank account.
At the time of register you have to enter your residential address and pan card number.
After the successful login you have to enter the bank account.
After entering the bank account some amount will be credit in your account with in 2days.
You have to enter those amount details in the paypal account.
Then your account will be activate.
Paypal charges minimal amount for the transaction.

How to create a PayPal account?
1) Go to the PayPal official website and sign up with them with a valid email id. This email id will be used as your account name. So use your best id to sign up.
