Dear member, It totally depends on your skills, needs and interest that whether you want to do MBA or M.Tech I can provide a comparative table for MBA and M.Tech: Salary: MBA has more chances of high salary than M.Tech Government Jobs: After MBA private job is best suited for you while a sector of government job is opened after M.Tech Teaching line: After doing your M.Tech you can join any institution and teach other students. This is helpful if you love to teach people. Foreign opportunities: It is opened for both courses but more chances are for an MBA post graduate to go foreign

It depends on which course you have interest. If you want to do teaching or do research in your core subjects of your B.tech course, then you can join M.Tech. But if you have interest to become a H.R or go to marketing side, You can prefer M.B.A, If you want high salaries and private jobs, you can choose M.B.A, for government jobs you can prefer M.Tech. I think you have more interest in teaching as you joined as faculty. You can do M.Tech to continue teaching profession.

As you are a student of CSE department I will suggest you to go for MBA. Because doing MBA will be more suitable than M.Tech in CSE for employment in future. Mainly M.Tech degree is suitable for the candidates, interested in education sector. I mean the students who want to go for teaching or for research.

Dear one,
As you have already a degree in CSE, doing the M.Tech. in the same subject is not a wise decision.
Do M.B.A. so that you can opt for the jobs in MNCs too as you can have dual qualifications in CSE and Management.
I can firmly say that no one will ask you to do M.Tech. leaving M.B.A.
However, do M.Tech. only if you have an intention of working as a lecturer in an engineering college for your life.
If you have not yet taken a final decision on doing the jobs in CSE or Management, please opt for M.B.A. course. - BITRA ESWARA KUMAR

Choice between M.Tech and MBA is fully dependent on your personal interest. You should explore yourself with respect to your interest. No profession can give you guaranteed success unless you take it seriously. For you MBA is very suited considering your academic background. You need to join a recognised institute to utilise the benefit of MBA as career option. Further no need to be so doubtful regarding your choices as you have done well till date. I would suggest you to go for MBA (Finance). Good Luck

I suggest you to opt for MBA course. As you are an under graduate in computer science engineering, you will have a bright future if you opt for this course. Management and marketing executives are in great demand for software companies as well as other utility industries as marketing their products is the ultimate aim of the companies. So you will get better working environment and also good salary package if you opt for MBA.
Regards, venkatsatishmamidisetti.

First of all you can get all your answers below your post. Just select your post which appears at your dashboard in your recent activities below your name. I have also mailed you the details, check it from there. Secondly, you should prefer M.Tech. and not M.B.A. because in recent times there is no value of M.B.A.

MBA and M.tech are very different feilds. It depends on you that whether you should go for engineering or for business. Well, as you that you can get a job with higher package through MBA, but M.tech is also not lagging behind in the present scenario. If you're from the CSE department of a well reputed institute like NIIT, then you can also pursue a degree in M.tech. Its exclusively youself who is much aware of his skills better than any other person. Just give a thought to it and soon you'll get the answer.
