Hydrosil is the disorder caused in men.
Hydrosil means that accumulation of spermatic fluid in spem cord or scrotum.
The symptoms of hydrosil is that the scrotum of men closes completely and lt swells with no pain.
The foremost step to prevent is that if we across this symptoms we should enqiure to docter as soon as possible.
And the second case is that hydrosil arises at period at adolesence due defect at the time of birth.
It is a very seriou problems because ,the organs such as penies, spermatic duct, scrotum are very sensitive organs.
If operation is needed that the operation of such organs must be done with care,a single minor mistake make make large defect.
I suggest that the problems of heart, sexual organs, brain must be noted as soon as possible.

Hi Hydrocele has no other option other than surgical draining of fluid and closing. It is a minor surgery and any general surgeon can do it. As your child is already nine, there is no need of paediatric surgeon, a general surgeon can manage it.
Hydrocele is not the collection of spermatic fluid. It is the collection of normal coelomic fluid in excess.

Ah. I remember now. I assume that this hydrocelectomy is being done transscrotally, with the assumption that the hydrocele is a remnant of the hernia sac that your surgeon(s) did not remove, for whatever reason, and that there is nothing to indicate a recurrent hernia. These all seem to be reasonable assumptions making a transscrotal hydrocelectomy appropriate. It's worth noting that evaluation of a recurrent hernia is extremely limited via that approach and only the most blatant hernia could be diagnosed through a transscrotal incision, and that hernia could not be repaired transscrotally.
If your hydrocele is being repaired through the groin, I'd have much more concern. Repair of a recurrent hernia, especially a multiply recurrent hernia with mesh repair, should be done laparoscopically via the pre-peritoneal space. If done open through a groin incision, the complication rate goes way, way up (ilioinguinal nerve injury, loss of testicle). Also, the recovery time goes up.

The choice of treatment in younger children is herniotomy and not mesh repair. The mesh repair is for older people as their muscles are weakened.
You can confirm whether it is hernia associated or not by clinical examination or radiology. Hydrocelectomy is a minor surgery and with rare post operative complication. Even if there is a need of herniotomy and repair, there is no need to worry..
