Switzerland is a country known for its beauty and greenery.If you are planning to visit Switzerland, don't choose November month,because you find cold and snowy weather.You will find no leaves on the trees.Everything will give you a feel of barren land.Many tourist place get closed in the month of November.
The best time to visit Singapore is between April-September.

As per my experience november is not the best time to go to swiss Because the snow will start, and the temperature is getting very cold . Everything is open there including the mountain railways.
and the worst thing it looks like a barren .

Winter is not advisable for tours / sight-seeing in the countries that experience harsh / extreme winter. Instead it is always enjoyable to visit such places in the summer season only when the weather will be cool and you can happen to see much of sight-seeing and enjoy the cool weather. It is just the opposite for places with extreme summer when people make pleasure trips in winter and not in summer as in our country India. So in my opinion it is advisable to go for sight seeing in Switzerland in the summer and not in winter

November is not a good month to visit Switzerland because this is the time where the highest precipitation occurs (3.5 inches). The temperature ranges from 35 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Although tourist season ends by mid October, there are beautiful destinations you can visit during the month of November.
One of the best places is Davos in Graubünden. It is is a winter sports metropolis for skiing and snowboarding fans from all over the world. Parsenn and Weissfluhjoch area are the mecca for skiing fanatics.
