There are some institutes which offer seats in M.Tech.without GATE score but most of them are deemed universities and I doubt that M.Tech from them would yield many benefits that you expect from PG.You can search for such institutes on orkut.A deemed university in my city Jodhpur too offer M.Tech programme. If you wish I can do some inquiry about it.

u write tancet exam wait for result and then apply for counselling (e.g for same procedure for B.Tech counselling ) and select for best college.another way payment for sathyabama university,Dr M.G.R university..
