It is best to follow NCERT text books to know perfect syllabus and knowledge about the concepts of chemistry which are related to such examinations. Other than NCERT text books, you may follow 'Schand' publisher's intermediate chemistry books. These books contain very depth concepts and give explanations in a detailed manner. Even these books contain questions from previous competitive examinations. 'Arihant Publication' books are also very useful for such examinations. These books contain both objective and subjective answer type questions. 'Chemistry AIEEE' is the best book from this publication which will definitely help you to learn chemistry for such examinations.
