hello

As there are so many oils and oil company in the market which assure you that their oil is best for your health and also hence the taste of your recipes but according to me mustard oil is best for any north Indian dish and it also keep check on your health.

As this is the only oil which is good for your heart and stomach both it controls the obesity. In our villages all the cooking is done in mustard oil and taste is so good that you never forget it.

My dear friend,

Let me tell you about the facts these Oil companies have. There are various kind of oils in the market and but off course all of these have certain kind of mixing in it. Whatever be the case they have to modify the basic nature of the oil and then sell in the market in well defined and beautifully wrapped packs.

The main thing is that if you go in any village you will find they always cook with pure mustard oil which they obtained by growing mustard in the fields and then just use simple grinding machine to grind up oil from them. This is the best and hygienic oil used by villagers and no one trust with these companies in the villages and so sale is not in villages.
If you wish to have such oils just try to visit in small towns near by you in the north and you will definitely got the pure oil which is best of all to use. This method is used in all villages in India and you can have various kind of oils from different seeds growing up in your area.

Regards
Amit Siwach
