There are BPOs recruiting for dayshift jobs my friend. But you dint mention where you are from.
There are National BPo's in chennai which operate within india, and they are mostly day shift jobs. eg. Allsec
Even in International BPO's if your client is from UK you will get day shifts.
There are some local/small BPO's which operate on the regional languages, and most of them are day shift operators.

Yes there are hell lot of BPO's in India like in delhi NCR..
you just have to check with the local listings or u can go in for the e-newspaper of DELHI TIMES and u can get many opportunities
