with do some jumping exercise or playing games which include jumping like basket ball,volley ball,high jump,jumping,skipping,swimming etc...

eat green vegetables,fresh fruits,dry fruits,cerals and grains
eat nourished dal(hesera bele what we call in kannada) etc... daily
regularly eat 4 to 6 badam per day
eat ghee and butter in required amount daily which brings you strength.
then finally nearly 50% of height of person is determined by his genes or hereditary or his genes

Height is determined by genetics. There is a role played by exercise. Children whose parents are tall, will always get taller as compared to other children. At the age of 22 , epiphyses of bones would have definitely got fused. So now its unlikely that your height will increase. You can do following aasanas suggested by Yoga books especially Tadasana,etc. Always have a balanced & high protein diet. Though height may not increase, these steps will help you in maintaining good health. For good height, regular exercise & a balanced & high protein diet is needed since childhood.

Height will increase only upto the teenage years. After that, the body's long bones' epiphyses fuse and calcify. And after that happens, you cannot increase height.
In your case, age of 22 is towards the end of your growing age. So if you want to grow taller, u have to do it now.
I recommend protein supplementation in milk, for the growth of bones. And stretching exercises at the gym, especially pull ups and leg stretches.
