Through distance mode education, you may find it difficult to acquire basic knowledge and required skills. More over, employers will not give much credit for the Degree completed through distance mode. Of course, you can become a Graduate. Since you are also not interested in programming or coding, you can get jobs related to sales or marketing in IT companies or IT Training institutions provided if you have good communications skills. Once you are successful in job market, you can raise to a manager level after completing MBA through distance mode.

After completion of graduation degree, you will become eligible for submitting applications for competitive examinations like civil services examinations and banking jobs. Completing MBA through distance learning mode from IGNOU after clearing OPENMAT examination may be a good idea. However it may be noted that good jobs can be found only after thorough preparations and clearance of competitive examinations.
