How to deal with scalp itching problem in winter season

One of my friends is facing the problem of itching on his scalp when out in the sun, especially in the winter season. Please give advice on how to control this problem in winter?

I think your friend have dry skin type thus facing such issue during winter. He can apply branded 'coconut hair oil' two or three hours before shower and massage scalp gently and take the shower later. He has to drink plenty of water and fruit juices to avoid it naturally. There are few do's and don'ts to be followed on this to become healthy and natural skin.

The second one is, he can use Henna (Mehandi) twice in a month to get rid out from itching on scalp. Again, it (Henna) has to be applied at least three hours before shower and wash with warm water gently. If he is usually traveling a lot and face dust then it may itch generally thus, he has to take care of it. The above tips are enough to get rid from itching scalp during winter.

The dry scalp is common problem during winters.
We should follow some precautionary measures to avoid such itching due to dry scalp.

1. Do regular oiling slightly warn coconut hair oil. You can also add few drops of lemon juice it in and apply on scalp softly. Keep it for 30-40 minutes and and wash with soft shampoo.

2. Try to keep your hairs covered because winters have dry air in environment which causes dryness in hairs as well as scalp.

3. You can apply Heena fortnightly. It works as a conditioner for hairs.

4. Curd is again a good solution for dry scalp. Apply curd on scalp and keep it for 45 minutes. Wash it with mild shampoo.

5. Grind some pre soaked Methi seeds and mix with curd. Apply this mixture on scalp. It help to treat dry scalp as well as do conditioning of hairs.

6. Egg yolk mixed with coconut oil is also helpful.
