The first and foremost requirement is to take a firm decision to lead a disciplined life and adhere to the same. Adequate sleep should be taken, healthy food should be eaten and regular physical exercise should be done. For developing personality, good literature should be studied and company of successful individuals should be kept. Non-productive activities like devoting too much time on social sites, gossiping with friends and otherwise wasting time should be controlled.

In order to be fit always you have to be always active. The more idle you remain the more you are going to have fitness issue. And this results in not being fit and healthy. I personally think we have to walk as much as possible. Also we have to limit the intake of the food in order to limit the calories that we take. Most of the time this helps in keeping the stomach flab in check.
Few things to consider - walking, jogging and running. Each of such activity helps in gaining some control over the health. And also the weight is controlled over a period of time.
If you want to be healthy for longer period of time. You have to be active and constantly work on your health. That's how we remain fit and healthy.

First of all, you have to come out of the stigma that you are not active. You have to analyse the situation and must have adaptability to respond to the situation. Being a student, your involvement in the study will definitely improve scoring but at the same time you may have health - issue.
To remain fit health wise, you have to devote time to exercises and jogging. Early in the morning, a brisk walking for half an hour would keep you active throughout the day. In the evening, you may choose cycling or may any game involving your physical - exercise. In that way, you would get rid of excess cholesterol - a constituent harmful to body.
Moreover, you must avoid the junk food available in the market since such stuff always creates health issue in the long run. Take diet containing enough Protiens. Include raw salads also in your diet.
Make it a point to take adequate rest in night. You may feel depleted with energy in case of absence of sound sleep. The best way for the restoration of normal sleep is to take a glass of warm milk followed by addition of one tea- spoon of honey prior to retirement to bed to enjoy sound sleep. This would provide you abundant energy in the next day.
Weed out the negative thoughts since it is detrimental to your health. To keep yourself fully inspired, read the life history of great - men. You would get a lot of stimulation by going through their life- history.

An adage to remember: " Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.". If you can follow that a good part is over. Then between waking up and going to bed, be in good company and with good friends; take good food; indulge in good activities.
A fit body makes one active and on the contra also- an active body remains fit.
But why you doubt you are not fit? You may be knowing that you are lazy. If so avoid laziness. Involve yourself in healthy activities even in leisure time like waling to the nearest garden, taking a stroll along the beach or riverbank etc. If you feel tired and run down, then visit a doctor and ask him whether you are normal as per your height and weight. Then do as per his suggestions.
Personality is not resting on your body appearance alone. It is a wholesome matter of your gait, behaviour, conduct, expressions and communications. But a healthy and fit body can give better self confidence. If you are otherwise normal, then you may join a gym under a qualified trainer to tone up body in general.

First analyse why you think you are not fit and active. Does it mean you are lazy. Are you not interested in doing anything? Are you bored? Remove these negative feelings. Think upon how you can develop your personality?
To be fit and active first you need to be healthy. Eat healthy balanced food. Avoid junk food. See that you do not fall sick and thereby become weak. Include lot of vegetables, fruits and grains in your diet. Follow healthy eating habits. Drink lots of water to maintain the body system.
Get sleep, you need to have a good sleep to be fresh and alert to focus and grasp things. Devoid of sleeps disturbs thinking ability and may not be in a position to understand things. Get adequate sleep
Think about positive things. Dream of your future to be good and focus on your aims and goals. Project yourself to be successful. List out your goals. Schedule a time table to work upon it energize yourself, motivate by reading improvement books. Become knowledgeable of how great people have achieved success through hard work determination and commitment.
Start with good things and keep engaged with works that are constructive. Spare time for mind relaxation, listen to songs, watch good videos or programmes. Play games. Engage in discussions with family members/friends. Ensure to uplift yourself with good thinkings.
Make walking a regular habit to keep you fit and strong. Be disciplined in your habits. Improve your working habits. Get interested, move with motivating people who would help and guide you. Make good friends who will care and make you to realise the importance of education and job in life.
Concentrate on studies for your future do not think that you are not active , you motivate yourself to become active watch speeches of motivational speaker who doesn't have arms and legs. Life is challenges, you need to accept and make yourself fit to lead a comfortable life.
