Gutka is making in India only and it is from crushed tobacco, betel nut or areca nut, catechu, its a kind of lime, paraffin wax and sweet or savory mixed one. This has become lifestyle for many and would like to use Gutka often as same as Betel Nut with flavor. This is used while doing jobs or business etc. and become common thus Government unable to ban them easily. Yes, too much of anything then good for nothing.
Since there were some reports pertaining to the life and death incident for some who uses Gutka or its related one, like cancer or trauma differently spreads or lungs issue arises thus Govt try to create awareness among people but still it doesn't work fully though they have taken the steps although receiving revenue benefit by the Government on this sale.
If someone would like to get rid of this habit then they have to reduce the habit of Gutka slowly and little by little. The user can use any effective alternate natural healthy food item instead.

Gutaka is a mixture of crushed tobacco, betel nut and catechu. In addition to the constituents mentioned above, there are other harmful constituents such as paraffin wax, lime, sweet and other chemical constituents to enhance its test. Entire combination of the constituents makes it a dreadful mixture not fit for chewing. Each constituent is having harmful effect on lungs, liver and kidney but by blending all with the tobacco makes it more lethal.
Consumers cannot get rid of this bad habit simply because of the fact the tobacco present in the Gutka is amalgamated with sweet thus enhancing the intensity of its addiction.
There are ways to get rid of this addiction in Homoeopathy. So, one may have consultation with a qualified Homoeopath to give up this nasty habit. Government and Media agencies are doing commendable jobs with wide propogation of the side - effect of Gutaka including its carcegenic effect. Our duty is to make the people aware of its dreadful effects.
