Yes, you can.
I respect your desire to be in Indian Navy.
Our forces and Navy services have various departments and as your qualification is nontechnical you can be suited for some administrative works.
They also have provision of training for newly joined candidates, so you need not to worry about that.
There is a website:- "http://indiannavy.nic.in/" where you can find all the details about vacancies, eligibility criteria and application procedures.

Our Navy forces are in high need of candidates and that's the reason they have started advertisement for the same.

For career in Air Force , their website http://careerairforce.nic.in/ can be explored. B.Com. degree holders with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together are considered for recruitment in the accounts branch. Similarly career section of the website of the Indian Army - http://indianarmy.nic.in/ may be thoroughly studied for exploring career options in the Army.

There are no specific opportunities for Commerce graduates in the Armed Forces recruitment. For the jobs of non-technical nature, any graduate is eligible and relevant notifications would be made inviting application for same. You can visit the respective websites and also check out the Employment News regularly. In case, you desire to join the services, you have good options like GDO (Ground Duty Officer) in Air Force, Logistics Officer in the three services through various phases of recruitment process conducted by them.

Jyothi I appreciate your wish. Yes you can apply for the forces with B.Com also.
For Army you can apply for CDS, you need to apply for OTA. Forms come twice a year. I personally have given and cleared CDS thrice. Exam is not very difficult you need to pay attention to basic current affairs and basic history civics geography. This all comes in General awareness exam. English is of good quality is required.
CDS:
Paper one. General awareness, you need to study: Tenth level, history(2 to 4 questions), Civics (2 questions, mostly from powers of recently appointed person), Geography tenth level (5 to 7 questions, mostly about the place of importance of recent big happenings or sports tournament), Current affairs (20 questions, most from economic world, one or two on books and authors, awards), Science (tenth level, 7 to 9 questions, one from inventions and theories).
Paper two. Comprehension - two passages, 7 to 9 vocabulary, 7 to 9 spot the errors, 7 to 9 fill in the blanks, 7 to 9 rearrange words in a sentence.
You need to do a little practice, one can easily understand how to make in this paper.
After passing CDS written exam you need to pass five days testing of SSB. If you are interested in knowing more I can give you detailed explanation. For knowing about the dates for exam notification you can visit upsc.gov.in.

In Airforce you can apply as Ground duty officers. Exam is some what like CDS only but its SSB is a bit easier that CDS SSB. If you have good spoken English it will be great for your attempt in this.
Please leave a message if you want to know more.
