Can a power of attorney holder buy some service/things for principle from a seller?

Can a power of attorney holder buy some service / things for principle from a seller? The seller here clearly states that his services are not for commercial purpose, but if a POA agent bought a service from a seller, he would receive money/compensation from the principle to buy this service on principle's behalf.
The POA is just buying it on Principle's behalf, so he is being compensated by Principle as per Power of Attorney Act.

Some service/things are not for commercial purposes. If an agent bought some service for his/her principle from a seller, he would receive some commission from the principal as on POA agreement.
