The name in my Aadhar card, Intermediate certificate and caste certificate does not tally.
Will there be any problem during document verification due to these minor mistakes?

Of course it will directly affect you these are not a minor mistakes. Now Aadhar card have more priority than even ID card. So in case of any verification for your passport or any other it will affect you, also lead to rejection of your passport too. So make a tally with Aadhar card, Intermediate certificate and Caste certificate as soon as possible. Immediately contact with your Grama panchayath or village office and do possible things. They will help you but it take a time to get ready, not that much time.

Details in all important documents should be same. As your name did not match in aadhar card, intermediate certificate and caste certificate, it will create problems during verification. Your details should match in these documents. You can contact the respective government departments to make desired changes, also you may be asked to show proofs or affidavit by your local court for their processing of change of name in documents.

Yes, definitely.
As Adhaar card is having the most priority, you may go for name change in your intermediate certificate and caste certificate.

You have not mentioned about name in your PAN card, voter id or any other legal id document.
Please follow the established procedure and get uniformity in your documents.
