Regarding document verification

I am from general category and am going to apply for U.P. police service. Want to know the documents required at the time of document verification at the state level? Awaiting responses from experts.

Friend, First of all congratulations, you must have received the list of documents need to carry with your call letter. If that is not the case here is the list you need to carry-
1 Mark sheet of all the exam you have passed (i.e. qualification details)
2 Leaving certificate of last institute attended.
3 Date of Birth proof.
4 Interview Call letter.
5 No objection Certificate if currently working.
6 Domicile proof as it is a state govt post.
7 Passing Certificate and copy of Degree.
8 Photographs of Passport size at least two copies.
9 Just to be safe keep Copy your score card as well as copy of form you filled while applying.

Prior to submission of application the originally published advertisement should be studied in detail. In case the current years advertisement is not yet published, then for information and guidance previous years advertisement should be studied personally. All essential information will be contained in the advertisement. Preparations should be done accordingly. Third party resources should be used for verification and confirmation only or for seeking certain clarifications.
