Political Science is a branch of social science subject. It is very much similar to the branches like History and Economics. Political Science is the study of different organs of the Government and in depth analysis of politics. It can be studied at degree level by making it as an Honors subject. Even if you are from Science, Arts or Commerce background at your +2 level, you can opt for BA(Political Science). Generally, you will be offered a seat in BA(Political Science) depending on the percentage of marks you obtain in your +2 level.

Political science is a study of political structure around the world. This course is designed to teach students how the political decisions, constructs and actions are often handled. The political science course comes under Arts department. This paper deals with the evolving field of political. It also deals with the few aspects of laws and parliamentary process.

This course is offered across many colleges and universities. You can either pursue this course after 10+2 or the Post graduate level. In case if the course is approached post graduate level you don't have to be graduate from specific stream of graduation.
