Chilies are very popular and used as taste enchancer in india. If taken in limited quantity it is a healthy habit as it enhances metabolism and it is high in nutrients such as vitamin A and C.
excess use of chillies leads to stomach problems so its better to use in limited amount as it is good for health if taken in less amount.

Chillies are very rich in antioxidants, particularly vitamin C and beta carotene. There is approximately 100milligrams of vitamin C in an average chilli. This is more than the (RDA) recommended dietary allowance.
Chillies are also an excellent source of the plant pigment bioflavonoid, which studies indicate may help check cancer.
Chillies also provide dietary fibre.

Chilies have the capacity to repel some of the bacteria and the diseases. It can get rid of some of the unhealthy tastes that give fatigue to the stomach. And for that chily based recipes are often easily consumed by the body too.
Chilies has potassium, manganese, iron, and magnesium which makes it good enough for boosting the immunity. And in fact some ayurvedic medicines too.
Chilies has antioxidants and Vitamic C and A in it. Which is good for the body especially when you are on vegan diet. And most of the anti oxidants burn up quickly.
Chilies are often used in ointments, tablets and for pain relief creams.
