How to widen chest by exercise at home

I would like to know how to widen or broaden chest for male by exercise at home? Is there any special method for expanding chess dimension? How to do it? What are the best exercise to widen chest? How long it will take to do so? Any special food for it?

If you want to expand your chest then follow the instructions given below. There are some simple exercises that will help you. If you have a chest expander spring, then you can expand your chest by daily workouts. Otherwise you can expand your chest by daily exercises. If you want to expand your chest then you have to do regular pushups. Just wake up early in the morning and start running. Running will also helps to expand your chest. In my opinion professional advice should be taken prior to indulging in such endeavors. Though a number of appliances and gadgets are marketed as can be seen by googling, but regular physical exercise coupled with healthy diet is a must for keeping the body fit. Yoga posture involving stretching of chest muscles and pranayam i.e. breathing exercises are also likely to be useful. Conventional physical exercises like 'push ups', jogging/running etc. should be done regularly.

Let me suggest starting with a caution. Initially do the exercise for a short time and do not exert too much as you may strain your muscles and joints. Go slow and steady gradually increasing time and stress to tolerable level only.

Step one- Relax, stand with ease upright with hands and legs as when we stand n attention position.
Then take deep breath.

Step two- Slowly breathe out, by slowly pulling stomach inside and drawing chest up and expanding shoulder. Pull stomach as inside as possible while exhaling through nose slowly. We can feel the stomach curving. Then take normal breath and relax shoulders, chest and stomach in the same slow way. If you gasp for breath, then breathe normally for one or two times and then repeat.

Repeat this for just five or ten times first day. Some people may feel strain on the stomach muscles. But after good rest it wil go. Even if you feel slight discomfort, stop and be back to normal level.

Once you know the exercise properly you can do this when you are on an evening walk,when you are reading a book, doingwor on your table etc. Do it regularly, but please do not over exert and strain yourself. The main part is pulling stomach inside and expanding chest when exhaling and slowly releasing while inhaling. AS such no one will know that you are doing an exercise.

This exercise can help expanding chest and also flattening stomach too. Those who have some health issues should do only after consulting the doctor treating them.
This can be done anywhere, anytime, except when full stomach. This can be done when you are involved in some desk work or other light work also.
If done normally and regularly, this also can help as a breathing exercise and can enhance the capacity of lungs too.

Instead of trying to do this at home get help from the gym trainer. They know how to do this as they have many people doing this everyday in their gym. You have to start from somewhere and with guidance of the people who know how to do that.

If you still wish to do this at home then I suggest buying equipment for the abs. The abs and the hip region exercise forces the chest to get wide. Surprised? Chest, hip, stomach are connected and sweating in this area develops entire shape of your body. That's why the excessive fat in this region also leads to widen chest and shoulder but in a unhealthy way.

I suggest you to get personalized help on this because each body type and BMI index is different. You have to keep all this in mind before finalizing any exercise.

I suggest you to join a gym and get instruction from a gym trainer. They know very well how to train you to get physical fit. Online is not a good place to get instruction from physical fitness. Each and every person need different type of exercise to get physical fitness. don't take this as discourage you. Only a gym trainer can help you to get good results.
