It is great to see a 12th standard is too curious about her future. You are in tough phase of your life. The decision will impact your life for a long period of time. It is good to consider all the pros and cons of any course available to you.
Below are some of my points from my analysis. I hope it will help you to take right decision.
Complexity of the course - I feel management course will be easy and less complex than computer science as you are already from commerce background. Computer science on the other hand will have more subjects related to programming languages which would be tough for a student from commerce background.
Future scope - Computers are ruling the world and obviously it will have good number of job opportunity in future. On the other hand, management courses also bring more job opportunities as people are giving more importance to hospitality compare to earlier.
Salary - The salary for a computer science graduate will be higher than the one with management degree. The scenario will change if you complete masters from some reputed colleges. Your college will play a important role in your package.

The first thing is to know what you really want to do. The choices you make now will decide your future. So, it is imperative that you weigh the pros and cons and consider your likes and dislikes before enrolling in either of the programmes.
If you opt for commerce stream in your undergraduate programme you can find employment in the banking and financial sector on completion of the course. Jobs that you can opt for are –
1. Financial analyst
2. Personal financial advisor
4. Finance manager
5. Chartered accountant (on completion of a professional CA course)
The salaries will depend on the company you join and the type of job profile. However, as an analyst you can expect a starting salary of something like 3.5 – 5 lakhs per annum. There is scope of growth based on performance.
You will also have a choice of doing an MBA and improving your job prospects or appearing for competitive examination like the UPSC and joining the civil services or a state government job.
Hotel management courses can open a plethora of opportunities for you. You can train to work at the front desk or become a chef. The choice is yours. You can specialize in a specific field as a chef and can work at 5 star properties across the globe.
You will also have an opportunity to open your own restaurant or catering business, if you wish. You can open a cakes and pastry shop if you so choose.

For getting into any degree, the first thing to be considered is your interest because if you will make efforts you will surely get success irrespective of the degree. People are earning good from both the fields.
Computer field is in demand as it is ruling in all sectors. You can get a good job afterwards and even can earn more. But the study would be a but tough for your as your back ground is commerce.
If you will opt for B.Com and then pursue a short term diploma course related to It field, this combination will give you good opportunities in banking sectors and even in corporate sectors.
In case of management degree, the course will be easier for you. Hotel management is again in very much demand now days. So there will not be any problem for earning for you.
Lastly, please not that there is no short cut for success. Which ever course you select, you need to put your hard efforts to get good in return.

There are lots of career options after you completes 12th class from commerce stream since its not a saturated stream yet. The various options you can choose from is like CA, ICWA, CS, MBA, Hotel Management, Statistics, teaching in schools, colleges etc.
The best or we can say one of the best option is CA. I have also chosen the same. Its a very aspiring professional course, little difficult, but still highly earning.
You are confused between Hotel Management and CS. If you are highly studious and good in theory and writing skills, I will suggest you to go for CS, since in this at least 430 marks is law.
If you are good in management skills and want to work in 5 star Hotels, you can go for Hotel Management, but you need to do it from reputed college.
I know a friend who have already got a job in a very big hotel within 3 years of this course.
So I suggest that you should select your career after knowing your skills.
