I would like to gain weight. How can I do this in a healthy manner? What are benefits and side effects of Ayurvedic weight gain granules and capsules Accumass? Is Accumass good for health? Can children use Ayurvedic Accumass weight gain granules & capsules? Is it necessary to exercise along with Ayurvedic Accumass weight gain granules & capsules?

Ayurvedic medicines have no side effect. However do note that there are not many quick fixes for the weight gain. No amount of ayurvedic medicine can help if taken in generic way. You have to ask for the medicines that manage your metabolism. As that is what makes the body gain weight. So those with slow metabolism ends up burning calorie slowly and in turn gain weight.

I'd suggest you to check the doctor which offers medication in this direction. Don't take any random medication just because it is ayurvedic or homeopathy. That is something you should keep in mind too. Another thing to note down here is that there are no side effects for the medicines in the ayurvedic category.

I would encourage you to follow the following tips for gaining weight naturally-
1) You must include dry fruits in your diet such as Raisins. Almonds, Cashew - nuts and Pea - nuts. A little quantity of these dry dry - fruits after you meal would be helpful to you in weight gain.
2) Consume one or two bananas along with a glass of sweetened hot milk.
3) Enhance the carbohydrate intake such as mashed Potatoes in the meal.
4) Intake of Protiens such as Yoghurt, boiled Eggs, Chicken - soup or Cooked - chicken would enhance your BMI.
5) A short nap for at least forty - five after your day - meal would help you to gain weight.
6) You have to enhance the rate of metabolism of the system by taking a small piece of Ginger, twenty minutes prior to meal or add raw Tomato salad followed by addition of slight amount of Black - pipper in it to rectify the same. By doing so, you would keep your digestion system in order.
7) Involve daily for brisk walk or cycling for thirty minutes to make your muscle strong.
8) You may even take a glass of warm - milk sweetened with a table- spoon of honey prior to retirement to bed. This would produce sound sleep.
