In case of commerce there are plenty of job options available without maths.

For example, sales jobs involve lot of people skills. It can be good for those who don't want to get into maths. And this way you can easily also get more paying jobs like business development manager and sales manager.

Another option is to get into logistic jobs. These jobs involve more of people skills and co-ordination. And this also requires more work compared to the people who are working on other math based jobs.

Technical support jobs and voice process jobs are open to all those who don't want to get into maths and any other analysis work. Technical support involves the work of the person who checks the documentation and helps people. Voice process jobs are similar to technical support but here you may have to give support for the retail work.

Make sure you are good at English communication and also with people skills. When you don't want to do desk based math type of jobs then you have to improve people skills. That'your current career focus right now.
