More details like name of the examination etc. are required for offering more specific opinion. Suppose minimum 70% marks was set as the minimum eligibility criteria, then filling 69.69% as 70% may have different connotation. However in case the minimum eligibility criteria was say 50% , then it may not matter to that extent. In case any competitive examination is involved then the author should work hard to score a very high percentage. Verification of marks is done on the basis or original marks sheet only.

I don't think this will affect your final selection if you clear the written test an interview (if applicable). You can take the plea that you rounded off the figure. However, in future try to give accurate information. If there is provision of indicating the decimal points in the online application form, you should do that.

If there is an indication of minimum 70 percent in the on line form, your scoring to the extent of 69.69 percent will not be acceptable. Rounding off of markings is not accepted in such cases. In case, you do have any doubt in this regard, you may contact the officials of SSC.
Your marks - sheet of SSC and School Leaving Certificate are the ocular proof and these can be produced in absence of non - receipt of original passing certificate released by the Board - examination.
