It was my experience that it is directly related to Hard disk issue or Operating System issue. Thus, try to open the hard disk part and re-fix it exactly and check it. If there is no any issue in hard disk and OS then it won't give any trouble upon starting the system.
Yes, RAM issue is different from this one. So, try it or else show it to any expert to rectify the error.

Can you attach screenshot of message. It it classic case of corrupt windows. Just insert windows bootable disk and select to repair operating system. It will take care of things.
Between which operating system you are using? To test if this is not computer RAM or hardware problem, just bring another working windows hard drive ( which has OS installed) and restart computer. If it works then you don't have hardware issue. Issue is with your hard disk OS.
Please check windows known error resolution on Microsoft's official site. If you have valid license and Laptop is in warranty you will get free of cost windows repair.

Windows has detected the bootmg file missing. This file is responsible to show the boot messages and errors. This file also makes use of the boot process. If this file is missing then you are forced to repair the Windows. And not only repair but replace the current file or add the missing file.
You have to get the Windows 7 DVD of your operating system. And then you have to boot from the DVD. After this you can use the repair option in the installer. Depending on the version of Windows 7, the repair options menu will be different. So you just have to use that to process the boot.
That being said, if you don't manage to solve this on your own, then take the machine to the repair center.

Bootmgr is a file which is on the System32 folder. Some times it dose not work due to suddenly shutting down windows forcefully, some times installing software un-properly like that. So when you will start the system it will show like that. There nothing to worry about that.
If you have media disk(like windows 7)insert it on your system and restart the system press F2 button frequently a bois setup will open choose the first boot option CD/DVD and enter F10 for saving then choose YES. After that enter any key to boot the cd then windows will load the files of the operating system. Then choose the language and click next after that DON'T click on the INSTALL there is a option called "Repair" click on that then choose recovery operating system after the process system will restart normally.
I hope it will be helpful to you.
