There is nothing wrong with the thought of having child after 30s. Many women do and only thing they need to consider is the health. For example some women may not be having healthy pregnancy after 35. You may want to take a look at both psychological and health side of it.

You may want to first eliminate all the reasons that leads to unhealthy pregnancy. You have to take better diet. You have to get rid of food items that are not good for your or babies health. That being said, you should also take some yoga and mindfulness therapy. You need to also forget about the past and everything that is negative in current situation. And focus on the positive of the future.

It is definitely possible to have a child after 30s. Though the chances are less but you can definitely try. Just focus on improving health at first and then that should take care of the rest.

One of my acquaintance who is also a doctor delivered her second child recently. She is around 35 years of age. So, I think it is not that difficult, but you should consult a doctor if you are facing some complications.
