Dear, the field you are aspiring is highly competitive and challenging. It is even more challenging if you are a woman. However, there are play schools and theaters which will help aspiring actors to evolve as mature and versatile actor. You can get course certification from cine colleges which are present in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and few other places in India. But personally I doubt how rewarding will it be. The quickest and the most challenging way to evolve as actor is to do perform in plays. Mumbai is number one industry for play then Bangalore then Chennai and Delhi.
There is National center for performing arts (NCPA) which is very difficult to get a chance to perform. It is the most reputed in India and even world class artist come to perform there. You can enroll in Bangalore which is ideal to start as there are plenty of elementary acting courses to higher level performance classes. Then you need to build enormous social contact to be successful.
It has higher chances of giving you the break you are aiming for. It is not compulsory to complete a course. However your stage experience is a must if you are keen on acting. World's best actor comes from stage you remember!
If you know Prakash Raj, naseeruddin shah, Kamal Hassan, Vikram, Nassar and every person renowned for performance were products of stage performance

The entertainment industry itself a challenge one beside luck plays important role where one can get a break as unexpected one. Yes, it is better to complete a course from Film and Television Institute of India where you can learn many basic things which you are practically unaware of it, right now.

By the time learning from those institutes, you will also know where and how to approach for a particular career if you don't have any references. In case if you have some references in those industry then you can easily go through them to get some break or else, it will be little tough to enter the place you desire for. I think educational qualification is not necessary for it, and, if you have a good personality for screen-test then it is OK to move ahead.

First of all the acting industry is mostly influenced by the higher position officials and actors who control the whole industry.
It is much of a political scenario where new actors can hardly make their place.
The best example that you can see is that most actors are somehow connected to the industry because of their parents. Their whole family tree continues to take hold of the industry. In such situations even real talents fade away.

If you still want to take risk and want to become an actor then I recommend you to join a film acting institute where they train you as an actor for 2 years and also give you a certificate.
You can even join small theatres or become a junior artist to start your career. After this you will have to appear in several films as a junior artist in order to experience and personality. After this you can apply for an actor's post in big films and show your best in interview. After this its all left to God.
All the best.
