Confused about what product to use for weight reduction

I am 21 years old and need to lose weight desperately. My height is 5:10 and I weigh 90 kg. What is the best product in the market to lose weight and gain muscle? What diet should I maintain (residing in south India)? Experts: do respond.

The golden rule in such matters is that the weight can never be reduced by eating anything including medicines. Therefore in my opinion the author should never explore the possibility of finding and medicine or supplementary food product to reduce weight. First of all the author may consult an experienced physician to rule out the possibility that the extra weight is due to any medical condition. After that serious efforts should be made to control the weight by reducing calorie intake and doing regular physical exercise. Total change in lifestyle may be required including leading a disciplined routine i.e. getting up early and going to bed in time. Consultation with a dietitian may also be considered for effective results.

First of all, get yourself tested for thyroid - disorder. In case, your TSH is high, you are suffering from hypothyroidism and the same can be kept under control by taking suitable dose of Thyronorm or any suitable medicine as prescribed by a reputed endocrinologist. Sometimes, there are certain medications such as Paxil and others which can contribute to weight - gain. If such conditions are not applicable to you, you can apply following tips for weight - reduction.
1) In order to enhance your metabolism, you may take two glasses of hot water added with some lemon - juice in each glasses. This will help in removal of toxins from your system and you would get positive result shortly.
2) Involve yourself for brisk walk regularly in the morning for 30 minutes. This will help you to burn excess fat accumulated around Belley.
3) Include salads along with meals such as Cucumber, Tomatoes and Onions to take care of the excess - weight. Tomatoes contain Lycopene which helps in reduction of weight.
4) Seasonl fruits such as Apples, Avagados and Papaya are very effective in controlling weight. Apar from it, they are the source of essential Vitamins such as B and C apart from other valuable nutrients.
5) Green tea contains abundant antioxidants and as such it's regular use early in the morning and evening would help in shedding weight.
6) Sound sleep for at least eight hours during night is essential to tone up the entire system of the body.
7) Inclusion of sufficient Protiens such as Curd, Eggs and Chickens is essential to maintain healthy weight.
8) Water - intake should not be less than 2.5 litre for the proper digestion of food and in addition to it, Water helps in removal of toxins from the system.

If your seriously thinking of losing weight please don't try any weight losing products in the market it will definitely not work. Your first examine how much you increase every month. If its too much difference then consult a doctor and take proper treatment. Or else go for a walk and do some exercise and have a good diet plan. which does not include any sugar items or oily snacks. Because now a days junk foods what we consume makes us to put on lot of weight. Mainly if possible you consume a glass of luke warm water with honey and lemon on every morning in empty stomach. This will help you to reduce your weight slightly. But never ever try for weight losing pills or powder. They will definitely give you problem later on. I hope my suggestion may help you.
