What are the nutrients available in drumstick (shajan) vegetable?

Drumsticks (shajan) are used as a vegetable in most of the household specially in south India in sambhar. What are the nutrients available in it? Some people say that it is good for eyes. Is it true?

Drumstick (Sahjan) is said to be a power house of minerals. Dry Drumstick (Sahjan) leaves contains -
1. Twenty five times more iron than spinach.
2. Ten times more vitamin A than carrots.
3. Seventeen times more calcium than milk
4. Five times more protein than yogurt.
5. Nine times more protein than yogurt.
Drumstick (Sahjan) leaves are also rich in copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, and magnesium, folates, vitamin-B6 , thiamin (vitamin B-1), riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and niacin. Also it contains 0% cholesterol. Being rich in Beta-carotene and Vitamin A, it improves Eye vision.
It is used as an ingredient in curries, sambars, kormas and dals. Tender drumstick leaves, finely chopped may be used as garnish for vegetable dishes and salads in place of coriander leaves. Boiled drumsticks are semi-soft and may be consumed directly without any extra processing or cooking.
