Computer science is a fast developing field. The technology keeps on evolving further on day to day basis. Therefore knowledge and proficiency in gadgets and apps available today has no meaning. One has to build up a very strong base to become able to comprehend and further develop the underlying principles and technologies. Therefore education up to higher studies level should be carried out systematically. The author may therefore focus seriously on studying 10+2 level, followed by B.Tech. and M.Tech. Very hard word should be done to understand the fundamentals so as to become able to understand ever evolving technologies.

You can do two things here. First is to join certification courses on PHP, Android and application development certifications based on your interest. This has no relevance to academics since you are only in class 10. Second thing is to chose your specialization into computer stream. You can do B.E in Computer Science which will help you to pursue you dream. These certifications and degree is all for gaining credentials in the market. If you are really passionate and good with the work you do then you will shine irrespective. Look opportunities for building your skills in your passionate areas as you are keen on starting your own venture. Skill is the prerequisite to succeed in any business. Do enrich your skills with getting into depth of subject with certifications from NIIT, Brainware, IIT etc.

First of all good academic career is important. At least try to complete your Bachelor degree with computer stream. You can understand the things in a better manner even if you know all about computers (app development). In addition to this, join in certification courses. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella also joined in many courses but unable to complete it due to hectic work schedule. Now you have completed 10th standard only so you have lot of time in your hands and update your knowledge and follow latest trends on things. You want to own a company in future. So try to gather the information on how to set up company and what are all the needs that required for you (either financially or technically). Build-up basic strong foundation. There are number of languages (that may be scripting or natural). You should have to focus on web based scripting languages like php. Don't stop with bachelor degree.

When it comes to computers you need to learn more of basics. Because the technology keeps on changing and you have to just adapt yourself to the skills. This way you're not going to be in trouble when the skills required are going to change. That is one reason you should be taking course which are generic in nature.
Start with logic building and other reasoning books. Most of this knowledge helps during the campus interview and other placement tests.
Once you complete the phase, make sure you also learn C/C++ and other basic programming language. This helps when you are learning the advanced programming language.
After you learn some programming knowledge effectively, also learn how to small projects are being done. This way you can easily get closer to be comfortable with work environment.
Make sure your path is in this direction. This way you can easily learn skills and appear for the interviews.

First of all, your future planning must be appreciated. I mean, you just completed 10th standard and you are so sure of your goal. Coming to the point, first concentrate on +1 and +2. Most probably, computer programming etc,. would not be focused much in these standards. As you are interested in computers, learn basics of C, C++ etc,. After completing 12th standard, you can do engineering in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) or IT (Information Technology) and later M.Tech (your subject of interest in the field of computers). After that, you can establish a company if you have money or else you can do a job for some time and then establish a company. You may also get a doctorate if you want.
All the Best!
Hope this answer helps.
