Do you (author) know ? Why most people engage their child in different activities like singing, dancing, swimming etc? Engaging in different activities does't mean the child become a singer, swimmer and dancer. This is done by parents just to keep them busy to make capable to deal with different task simultaneously and to acquire knowledge of all task though he/she is going to be an specialist in only a task.
In the same way,the person who says, I couldn't do well because I couldn't give time to my study then that is just a mental suspicion.
It is very good atleast you thought to do BBA along with you job because this give you dual benefit and is how I explain you. Look if you do study alone it takes 3 to 4 years and just after that immediately you are not gonna get a good job because nowadays every job require experience person,so better you opt for job along with your study. it obviously brings to you a better prospect in near future. In this way you will get both degree and experience. Hope my idea shall help you.

Do join your job without thinking twice and do BBA simultaneously. I would say that it will be much easier to complete BBA while working. Only a little extra hard work and due devotion - both in job and studies will be required. After joining BBA course your self esteem and feeling of self worth will get a boost and you will feel motivated. Also you will be able to pay your fees yourself and incur other study related expenditure. After completing BBA , you will be able to complete MBA and even further higher studies in case so required and opted by you.

I think idea of doing the job and BBA at the same time sounds good. This way you are going to be few steps ahead in terms of finance. And most of the time the amount of experience you get from the work helps you as well.
Here you have to make sure that the BBA that you are doing from the reputed university and college. I can tell you that some of the time such courses definitely help if they are from good places.
Make sure you also extend your degree to MBA in future. As that will help with your job as well as the rest of the career. Most likely you may find some good benefit out of it.

Continuation of your studies for BBA on a regular basis along with the job seems to be unrealistic since both would take considerable time. However, you may undertake BBA through distance education mode such as IGNOU to achieve this degree.
In that way, there would not be clash of your timings for the job and your continuation of studies. Moreover, the degree offered by IGNOU has got wide acceptance for all practical purposes. You would get a contact session with the eminent professors for the clarification of your doubts.
You may opt for a MBA degree later on with some premiur institute by writing CAT, XLRI or even MAT examination so that you can get chance for admission in one of top class B schools. You can do job with BBA with job. But you will have to learn time management because after job you will get less time for studies in comparison to other students who don't go for job and you will have to also see whether your course is a regular or distance. Distance course is easy to do with job. In regular courses there is attendance problem and you will have to take permission from college then only it is possible.
