Your score i.e. 86% in HSC 2015 and 93 in JEE Mains 2016 is not a bad score. You may be able to get admission in a reputed private engineering college. Perhaps, you might have appeared in other engineering entrance examinations also. What about results of other examinations? Are few results still awaited. In case of private engineering colleges also, many banks offer educational loans and few colleges facilitate also the same. There is nothing to get disappointed. After all out of total 12 lakhs students who registered themselves for JEE (Main), only 2 lakhs will get a chance to appear in JEE (Advanced). Now do hard work in researching for reputed private colleges on your own instead of depending on advice offered by the others. After shortlisting colleges. visit the website of the each to know further details. Also send mails to best possible colleges to see their response. Your hard work done for preparation of JEE (main) will not go waste. All the best to you.

If you attempt BITSAT, it is best option.
You can go for B.Tech with EAMCET rank
You have another option that is Degree. Generally, we under estimate the courses offered by Govt. for diploma and degree courses. Know the value after completion of degree. You can get any (State & Central ) job with your degree. Degree is 3 years of course whereas other courses take 4 or 5 years to complete the course and to get job. You can become an IAS in the future. Arts is the best option for this. I do not insist you to join in this course but reminding you that you have plenty of jobs. However, you will get seat in any private college and use all the scholarship facilities. Don't worry!

You have plenty of options open with the percentage you have scored. Here are some of the possibilities.
1. BTech degree in choice of your stream.
2. BSC degree.
4. Diploma and then engineering degree
Apart from these options you can pursue the post graduation plans for UPSC and MPSC. The railway exams can be good option too. Bank exam requires more hard work but they are part of the option too.
I suggest trying out as many as you can and then decide the course of action based on that.
