In my opinion the author may first of all try to get a suitable job after completing B.Tech. which is itself a degree sought after by many organizations. Accepting any job even in remote areas at project site is likely to add to the experience which will count while applying to other jobs in future. On the other hand completing an additional degree is no guarantee to get a job positively. Pursuing higher studies is not a substitute of joining a job. However in case the author intends to complete M.Tech, then the field in which he is ready to do hard work to score outstanding results, should be opted for.
As far as studying abroad is concerned, the author may consider preparing for GRE examination in case studies in US are intended. It should also be noted that the study abroad options involve cost of studies as well as stiff competition with the fellow students. The scores mentioned by the author are not impressive enough to attract any scholarship or financial aid from the foreign institutes. Studies in foreign institutes can be opted for after working for 2-3 years and saving some money for the purpose.

It is always benificial to join a job after completion of B.Tech degree since this is the minimum prescribed qualification for entry in any organisation as a Technical Executive. Additional qualification such as M.Tech would take additional two years to complete the same and by acquiring the same the benifits are not substantial unless one either persues a research job or intends to take up teaching profession by clearing NET test. In that case, the doctorate degree is required to be procured to have a permanent career.
You should look out the possibility where you can join after finishing your B.Tech. In most of the Public Undertakings, the minimum average marks to be considered for the written - test is fixed above 65 percent, so please ensure that your marks don't fall below the the same.
The other option would be to prepare for the Probationary - officers Examination of Banks for which there are huge vacancies.

If you want to go for higher studies, you can easily opt for Mtech. Doing Mtech has scope and job opportunities will get doubled. While preparing for Mtech you can consider working till you join the course. You will get a real time experience and it never goes waste. If you are satisfied with job, you can always continue with it and as you get experienced even you package gets increased. If going for higher studies is your goal, then you can go for Mtech. It might get easier for you, as you would have studied the subject in BE. Since you have less marks, don't miss the opportunity if you have receive any.

B.Tech is a professional degree and one should get a job immediately after completion of it. I am not discouraging you from pursuing further studies, but it is better to have a good experience before going for further studies in case of professional degrees.
You can get a good job very easily when you are fresher and once you are settled in your job, you can join any course as per the requirement of your profession.

The two most obvious options are -

1. Mtech
2. MBA

You can choose to do them offshore or choose to do them in India. Depending on your performance and future strategies, you can then guide yourself to a better career.

If you're choosing MBA, then make sure it aligns with your interest. e.g. doing MBA is marketing can be hectic compared to marketing in telecom for BTECH student.

Also if you wish to go into research and other specialization jobs then your best option is to do the MTECH. Do note that your performance and your degree subjects. This is what decides the direction of your job and further future job aspects.
