Exercise and controlled diet is the only way to reduce weight. Exercise alone does not help in losing weight. You should have a controlled and healthy diet. Diet means not starving bit eating healthy. Intake more fibre, cut down on carbs. Instead of eating white rice, you can go for brown rice. Drink green tea as much as possible. Avoid drinking normal tea or coffee. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, take a small portion for 5 times. Let half the portion of your plate be filled with salad dressed with little olive oil. Drink lot of water. Keep yourself hydrated. Consume fruits like watermelon, papaya.
Along with strict diet, strict exercising is important. Workout for at least 40 minutes. Do Abs and exercise for hips if you have fat there. But always remember, losing weight is a slow process so do not loose patience.

Age is a very crucial factor in such matters. Since the author had mentioned his/her age, it is not possible to offer any clear opinion. Generally the bone growth stops by the age of 20 to 21 years and there remains no scope of further re-sizing it. The total body weight is largely dependent on the bone skeleton. However through regular physical exercise, regulated diet and discipline life style, body weight can be maintained to some extent.

Reducing the fat in specific section of the body is not possible. There are no particular exercise that can help you to do that. You have some exercise that help the specific section of the body. But for that entire body needs to be exercising. And for that reason exercising is not that easy.
I suggest you to meet a dietitian and body trainer. These two can help you decide the right amount of the diet. And they can also tell you which exercise helps your body. So they can help you with shape of your body and also regarding reducing the fat the right way.

Its a difficult task to reduce fat from few targeted section body but not impossible with daily exercise and a proper diet you can loose weight from these sections.
With these things a cup of green tea daily is also very benificial but the most imortant thing thing is consistency and presistence to achieve your target because it is not a one day work and not going to happen in a magical way in few seconds it will take time.
About 2 to 3 month presitency and changes in lifestyle will definately have affect and will cause reduction in body fat.
Stay presistent and beleive in yourself and if you have a believe in yourself with exercise it will work like placebo effect.

It is highly unlikely that consumption of ground water can to lead to increase in body size. If that were true then the entire population solely dependent on ground water would be obese. Are your neighbours overweight? Are the rest of your family members also gaining weight as rapidly as you?
If exercise is not helping you to lose weight then there might be a problem with your metabolism or hormones. Have your thyroid checked to rule out the possibility of a problem.
Meanwhile, make changes to your diet and become more active. Remember, weight gain is generally a result of bad diet and lack of exercise.
Here is what you can do:
1. Eat low caloric meals – cut out on sweets and fat from your diet and include whole grain products, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy products and lean meat.
2. Eat smaller portions – if you eat 3 rotis, eat 2. If you eat a plateful of rice, eat half a plate. Include more salad in your diet
3. Eat 5-6 meals a day – distribute your meals so that you are eating every few hours. Example, have a small lunch and an apple or pear after 2 hours.
4. Say yes to water – include lots of fluids in your diet. A minimum of 6 glasses of water a day.
5. Exercise – walk, jog, skip, play a sport – do this for at least 45 minutes a day. Other than this stay active throughout the day.
