As per my knowledge, Hindi medium education is not used in many countries. Every country use their local language. English being dominant, English language is used in most of the countries. But Hindi medium is not used. May be you can get Hindi tutor from Indians residing in that country, but finding Hindi in any university or as a subject is difficult.

Hindi, Sanskrit and few other Indian languages are studied in some parts of the US universities as part of their research. However the universities hold the medium of teaching as English. Most of the local languages around the world are soon going to be only part of research and to preserve the local culture.
