I don't think that Indian students go to pakistan for higher studies. It is world's eighth most dangerous country according to analysis. Terror outfits like the Lashkar-e - Tayiba, the Harkat-ul-Mujahideen
and the Tehrik-i-Taliban are a big threat for everyone . It is most affected country by terrorism in the world after Iraq.

According to me, no Indian would like to go to Pakistan for higher studies. There is always a fear to enter that country even in a legal way. We don't feel secured to enter Pakistan. Not all are terrorists and not all are bad. But the fear certain activies happening there is stopping us. Even if an individual is ready to go to Pakistan, parents and friends will definitely stop him with.

Pakistan's educational quality is sub par. And even Pakistani students come to India or other nations for better education. Most of their institutes don't have the value and credentials as big as India.
Journalism and political science students when offered job go to Pakistan. I have yet to see any other students going to Pakistan for any reason. Journalism students most likely go to Pakistan because they cover wide range of the news and media content.

Keeping in view of lawlessness and political insecurity, no Indian would like to proceed to Pakistan for higher studies. Even for the Pakistani - students the atmosphere for studies is not very conducive.
In this regard, the Government of Pakistan should be serious so that the Indian - students would proceed to Pakistan for their higher studies in Journlism and Urdu - literature. In order that it should happen the mutual interest between the two Government is desirable so that a healthy climate is restored.
The syllabus provided by the different universities of Pakistan in different subjects are at par with the Indian - universities in terms of qualities. Only the sense of security among the people is absent due to growing terrorism - detrimental for the growth of education.
