One should not try to evaluate oneself as such assessments are likely to be subjective in nature. However in case of an individual being physically fit, generally a sense of well being is felt. Though nothing much can be done in the case of height after attaining the age of about 21 years, but weight etc. can be regulated by making conscientious efforts. In case of any doubt about any health issue, professional medical opinion should be obtained instead of resorting to speculation etc. Also health can be maintained by doing regular physical exercise, taking balanced diet and leading a disciplined life. One should generally be satisfied with his height and should not have inferiority complex on this count. Personality can be improved by doing hard work for achieving something outstanding.

As per Ayurvedha, a healthy person is defined "as physical and mental well-being; freedom from disease, pain, or defect; normalcy of physical and mental functions; soundness."
So whether a man is fat or thin doesn't mean by healthy or unhealthy. If you are mentally fit and physically fit, they I would say you are healthy.Usually people will think fat person is not fit or healthy. But we can see lots of sports persons who are fat and same time healthy.
The weight, activeness, happiness, tension free mind are all some parameters to know you are healthy.

Health in general is defined as absence of illness. However, it is not true. We can say a person is healthy simply because he is not having any illness. Health is the feeling of oneness of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. There has to be synchronous function between them. Only then a person can be considered as healthy. Having right levels in blood test, weight, height is all just limited to physical health. This is just one form of health and is important one as it is the basic health. You mentioned you are not feeling healthy. You may be medically declared fit but if you are not feeling healthy then you are really right. Work on the next levels of health. Focus on keeping mind fit then your emotions and then your spirit. A person who is absolutely healthy in all these level is a yogi.

Growth of a child is generally by taking its weight and measuring its height. There is a standard table showing the height weight relationship for each age level for normal growing babies. The age level may be in months for infancy period and then years or 6 months periodicity afterwards. If the child is having the table shown weight for the height and age shown in the table and there are no issues or problems on clinical examination and the trend is also normal, then the child is taken to be healthy and normal.
Similarly for a an adult also there are age-height-weight relativity. So if a person does not feel any unreasonable tiredness, lack of interest or lack of appetite and he has the height-weight relativity to his age within a permissible margin, then he can be taken to be normal healthy. However with advancing age, the parameters like Blood Pressure, vision, Sugar level are also checked to see if any risk factors are there. If they are also normal range, then at that time it can be said that the person is normally healthy.
One can evaluate and feel oneself as healthy when there is no illness ,gets sleep properly and gets up fresh every day at the regular time, has normal appetite, excretions and has proper interest and involvement in his activities, one is able to carry out all his normal activities and feels generally happy and pleasant, then he can take himself to be normal healthy.

I have always found that the mind and body work in sync to make a healthy person. A fat person may have a few quantitative years less in life as per statistics but who knows when life ends. So please dont worry about being fat and thin.
Devote 15-20 minutes at least daily to your body. This could be through stretches, yoga or just a walk around the campus. Dont drink fizz or chips daily. They are mood changing foods. These are the basic rules to follow regularly.
Pharmaceutical companies and new age nutrient selling companies may like you to feel that a few kgs extra in weight or a few micro milligram changes in Trigliceride levels makes you unhealthy. No way.
Workout a bit because it is your body and carries out all your work and more importantly be happy. That is health.

A healthy person must be healthy in all aspects. A good health can be felt by self only. It should be pain less and problem less.
There is no defined way to measure own health and even in our current life style, nobody is completely healthy. Many times we have visible problems- in such case we know that we are not healthy but during many other cases, our internal body is facing some problem/disturbance which we cannot felt till it reaches threshold level and we assume that we are healthy.
So it is always advised to have regular health check ups and one should not avoid any kind of illness in body.
