The syllabus for both the 10+2 and NEET are same. So preparation for one automatically takes care of both the examinations, though certain specialized characteristics are there in either of the both examinations. It may be note that every year many students clear various competitive entrances examinations without attending any coaching class. At the same time joining a coaching class and investing many hours in the same in to and fro travel and classroom time is not a guarantee of securing admission. It depends up to a large extent on the present academic status of the student also. In case of outstanding and brilliant students, it is possible to clear both 10+2 and NEET in one go without attending any coaching class. The author may consider differing his all activities other than studies and focus totally on preparation of both the examination simultaneously without neglecting either.

NEET is the National Eligibility & Entrance Test for medical courses. That serves as an umbrella single test in place of the varied entrance test a medical course aspirant was forced to appear earlier.

As the basic requirement for NEET also is plus two(12th class), you have to put your efforts to get good grades in your 12 th class exams. As the syllabus is more or less of 12 th class syllabus across the country, studying well for your board exams will automatically help you in both.

After your board exams are over, you may try to join an established and experienced coaching class which gives a short term crash course for the NEET coaching. That will give you some polishing and finishing touches orienting you better towards the NEET.
