Foreign language degrees can be of use in many ways. For example some linguist get into the professional translation service. They are used for political and regional services. However in order to get those jobs, you'd need to show the proficiency in that language. You have to show the expertise in those languages. If you get proficiency then you may apply to the jobs abroad or even within your own country. If you get initial experience then getting offshore jobs won't be much harder.

You can also apply to specific country of which you know the language. And from there you can take your career ahead. This works for many students.
