That means 15 seats are reserved for international students. Getting admissions into these Universities is very much difficult because of the quality education. The universities' academic curriculum is also varies from one another. Admission entry process starts from August for the next academic year and ends by the end of November or December. Most of the foreign universities have following level of reservation -
1. Disabled person
2. Financially challenged reservation
3. Diplomatic treaty reservation
Most of these reservation themselves require person to have a good merit. Unless the person has enough merit to appear for these reservation, the seats are not usually offered.
European union is also offering the educational seats to the immigrants too. As for higher studies the reservation is as explained above. Each country in Europe, america and other regions have their own criteria for the reservation. No university outside India has a reservation system on the basis of caste, skin color, religion and gender basis. This is the reason those universities are respected all over the world.
