For the people who are working can make use of the distance learning mode for the MBA or any other post graduate degree. I think this degree definitely is useful for your resume. You can use it and consider taking your career ahead. Also you can consider alternate skills that supplement your current job as the switching to new job requires more skills. Most of the people who have distance learning education through symbiosis have no issues with the jobs. The degree is recognized and accepted in almost every MNC company out there.

Regular/Fulltime mode of study is always better. The distance mode of studies should have many limits. The value of distance mode of study depends upon courses. Some mode of courses distance studies enough. But in the case of MBA course, i think Regular/Fulltime mode of study is better. The MBA course syllabus offers many Presentations,GD,Seminars..etc to improve the level of skills. And an another important one is that now a days most of the career opportunities suggest Regular/Fulltime mode of qualifications. So Regular/Fulltime mode of study is better.
