Singapore and Japan has lot of opportunities in the field of human resources, programming, technical support and other streams. China too has opened up for some of the applicants for their own growth. If the person has better command over English then these countries can be really good for the jobs. Most of the jobs also give preference to the students on the basis of their communication. And the earning in these countries far surpasses the earning in India. So it's obvious that the grow in these countries is more compared to India. Not many Indian students or the people return back to the India once they get the job outside. The reason being lifestyle and the money benefits help them more compared to India. I'd say depending on how much comfortable with doing the jobs in such places, one can find better opportunities.

Well once a student leaves to get higher education in any other countries then they prefer to stay there for there jobs also becuase they get adopted to that enviornment and it becomes more difficult to establish in their own country after studying in these countries.
For eg- if a child achieves degree in medical and has become a doctor in accordance to any other country then again a child needs to clear entrance in India to start his /her practice where the compettition is more difficult because seats are very few.
And it is easier for them to find jobs in those countries where they studied.
And if they are skilled and found no barrier in language they defintely gets a food job and lifestyle.
