Six fingers doesnt mean that person has any disease. Instead this could be reason of the person has extra growth in organs due to muscle tissues.

These can't be much of an issue for everyday life. However there are surgeries that can be performed to remove such tissues. In case if the extra growth contains bone surgery then doctors usually ask to avoid it.

Many people are out there with sixth finger. And they are doing just fine with it. Some do surgery and some keep it as it is. There is no lifestyle issue and if there is any it could be dependent on how the fingers are arranged with that extra growth.

No issue if anybody have six fingers either in hand or leg. Some say that it is a lucky one but it is not actual so. Some people have six fingers with bone and some not, they are depended on gene or heredity too.

Having extra or less fingers for a person by born is not a diseased one. They can live simply without that much issue as long as it becomes habit since childhood. It may look awkward to the normal person sometime, however, it is not necessary to diminish them as well.
