Eligibility criteria may vary in different kinds of schools. A Government school may have a criteria different than that of a self financed private school. As far CBSE is concerned, they conduct a Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in the examination is as follows-
1. Primary stage i.e. classes 1 to 5 teachers - A senior secondary certificate or its equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks or a degree and 2 years diploma in elementary education.
2. Elementary stage i.e. classes 6 to 8 teachers - The candidates should be graduates with at least 50 per cent marks and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) program degree.
Since the friend of the author has completed a graduation degree and B.Ed. degree, he/she may consider appearing in CTET. However in case he/she is interested in teaching in private schools, then the same can be contacted personally for knowing more.

Since your friend has acquired a B.Ed degree having passed the B.Sc( Agri) he is eligible to teach in classes 6 to 8 in a Government school.
The following criteria is essential to be eligible for a teacher in the categories as mentioned by you.

Teachers for classes 6 to 8- The aspirants should have a graduate - degree with a minimum 50 percent mark and the same is to be followed with a B.Ed degree.
However, these criterias are not applicable for the private - schools and the aspirants may contact the authorities of the schools in order to ascertain their eligibility - criterias.
