What are religious minority educational institutions? How such educational institutions are different from the normal educational institution? Is reservation of seats on caste basis as per Government norms available in such institutions or reservation of the seats only for the respective religious minority is available?

Article 30 with sub clauses gives the minorities right to establish educational institutions. The minority may be religious or linguistic. Sections within one religion cannot be considered as religious minorities.
caste based reservations do not come under minority reservations.
The minorities can establish and administer the educational institutions. The institution should promote in some manner the interests of the minority by promoting its religious philosophy, culture, literature or language.
