The author should concentrate on completing his CA and bachelor's degree program with flying colors. Once these two programs are completed successfully, then the gap will not matter at all as there is proper justification for the same. The author can very well mention in his resume that he was studying for CA program during the period which is actually the case.
However, in case the author leaves his CA program in between without completing the same, then he may have to offer an explanation for the gap.
The author should do extra hard work to complete both the CA and bachelor's degree courses.

Let us encourage each other in sharing knowledge.

If you go by the positive sides, you can see that you have undertaken a course regarded as a prestigious course in the job - sector. Side by side, you want to continue you graduation course. Combination of these courses, though apparently, seem to be strenuous and time consuming, the end - result would be pleasant.
With respect to the gap, you should not worry much and if the results of these courses are impressive in both the cases, no one is going to ask you such questions.
You need to have a proper planning so that there is a curtailment of time by choosing such subjects in graduation - level for which you are likely to appear in the CA test. Accountancy and Business - management taught in B.Com stage would help you to understand the basics of CA and even a lot of time would be saved in conceptualisation of the subjects. Graduation with other subjects can put you in stressful situation if proper guidance is not available to you.
The practical approach, under the present circumstances would be join a reputed institute who can offer you excellent guidance in the preparation of CA. You may take the help of Internet to surf such institute. For the course of graduation - level, subjects should be chosen for which you do have passion. Remain in touch with the professors, who can help you in this direction.
You need patience to tackle the present circumstances.

Most of the campus interviews have the criteria where they mention having gap in career is instant elimination. Also some of the companies HR don't process the candidate that has the gap in his graduation or pre graduation. In such case you have to work harder than the others to go ahead in terms of career or the profession. And that way you can clean the performance and other issues in the career.

You are preparing for the CA work and that means you are doing fine. You have to manage your graduation and CA and be good with that performance. Work smarter and harder and I am sure you can do just fine from here onwards.

Gap in education is always viewed negatively unless and until you turn your career or the profession to outsmart others. The stories of how drop outs turned into better business people, is only possible because they outsmarted others. If you fail to outsmart others, then your career and the performance will be mediocre and normal like most of the people out there.
