    How to overcome-stress?


    Are you suffering from stress? Looking out for remedies? Check out this page for response to yuor query.

    Can you tell me the way for overcoming the stress during exam time or during some critical situation? What suggestions can you provide?
    I had done meditation when I got leisure time but nothing is improved.

    Stress is the most challenging situation through which every body has to undergo the ordeal and only the best people has the solution. Why a stress comes ? If we are not interested in a work or project or urgent commitment and yet we are forced to attend it. That means if he does any work out of interest we get fatigue and stress. The best way to avoid stress is to create the interest in work. For example during exam stress is expected. You try to attempt the easy and objective questions first. Your half stress and concern is addressed. Now you feel that something has been achieved and that feeling would give some energy to attempt other question. Now you attempt those questions for which you knew some answer but not the exact answer. Here your attempt may be sometimes right and that will give further impetus. Then you try to attempt other questions by selecting those which are easy to answer on own. Thus you are able to manage the stress in a professional way and combating the task with ease. There are every chance of passing out the exam.

    Stress has become a common feature for many people nowadays. The very reason for this stress is the lack of confidence or aiming at a very high level. For example I have to get 99% marks in the examinations is you goal. So you always think about 99% only. The thought process will continue. Instead of that if you think you are able to get 70%. Aim at 75%. In my case I never put any target myself. I always used to think exam are coming. I have to write well. Another technique not to have a stress is to pluck low lying fruits first. In the various chapters of subject. which chapter you feel easy and interesting, finish that first. It will build up your confidence. Lack of confidence is another reason for stree. I may not be able to do concept is not good. I can do concept is the best concept.
    Another way of coming out of stress is to change frequently the subjects. You will have 3 or 4 subjects. If you study the same subject continuously you get bored and you can't concentrate. So rotate the subject once in 2 hours or so. You will have good interest.

    Set achievable goals
    Pluck low lying fruits
    Don't study the same subject continuously
    Don't expect any outcome. Do hard work.

    Your stress will comedown

    Stress is a condition of body in which a person is under pressure of his circumstances and generally anxiety sets in his mood. It brings restlessness and he starts loosing focus and interest in an activity.

    In todays hectic life style many people experience it. Though there are many medical formulations available in market but nothing works until unless the individual learns to control his mind and feelings.
    In our culture there is a great practice of meditation and concentration through Yoga which can help a person to get rid of this evil of stress.
    Whether one believes in religion or God is a personal matter but giving some time for meditation and removing everything from mind for some time and concentrating on peaceful existance in the lap of nature will take away from us all worries for a while and one will feel rejuvenated to work afresh.
    It is not to be preached but to be practiced.
    Many people have tried it and have been benefitted.
    Let us give it a try.

In such conditions the person may not think properly but he/she do the work improperly such as doing mistakes. under stress conditions people forgot about important things that they require.stress can be minimized by sharing there views and their problems with others or with friends & parents mainly. For stress in exams students shouldn't hurry during examinations ,but they preplan for exams before 2 or 3 months according to their strength. During exam believe that i can solve all the questions and then answer them successfully. For relief of stress take healthy food and be healthy by doing exercises and meditation whenever possible in your daily life.
