You get admitted into long term coaching this year. Study well. Work hard. Put in more hours for study. Do more assignments. Read many books. Practice model papers, old papers and guides. Don't waste time. Keep up good health. THen face the next year entrance. Definitely you will get a seat. I know many people who are successful by studying long term coaching for extra one year in a good institute and successful in the entrance test. All the best to you.

You have not mentioned about the entrance tests you appeared in? It is really sad that you missed good scores due to physical illness.
If you have financial strength, I suggest you to enroll yourself in reputed private medical institute and start your course with hard work and dedication. This is because nothing is certain. It is better to pay your course fee rather than paying coaching fee as coaching centers are very costly for medical stream.

If your marks and rank in the NEET are not good for admission in medical colleges and if you are determined to join the MBBS programme, then you have no other alternative of losing one year and attempt NEET next year. In that case:-
    (a) You have to make this year's failure the pillar for net year's success. You have to utilise your experience of this year's NEET in the next year.
    (b) Try to understand the pattern of the question paper. Prepare hard. Appear in as many mock tests as possible. Cover the weak areas and further strengthen the strong areas.
    (c) Take care of your fragile health. Lead a disciplined life.
    (d) Be determined and be successful in the next year's NEET and/or other medical entrance examinations. Don't get disheartened. There are thousands of students in the same position.

    Caution: Explosive. Handle with care.
